Since December I let my running go and focused more on my yoga practice, but now I'm trying to find time for both of them. So far I've run twice this week, only 3.5 miles each time, but it's better than nothing. I'm trying to work back up to the 5 miles I was at -- AND do yoga 3-4x a week.

I lacked motivation over the winter. Last week I started walking 3 miles up the road by our place, I take my dogs with me, now that is a workout!! Haven't walked in a couple days, I think today I will walk with my dogs & my daughter..AAHHH!!!!

Hello. It's been 9 months since I birthed (via c-section) my youngest and probably my last bambino. I still feel like a cow (and look like one too) and I have an extra 40 lbs of fat baggage attached to me. I ran a half marathon 2 years ago and I'm signed up for my next one - in like 4 weeks. I've been running more frequently than I did for the previous race (prior to signing up the day before, I never ran more than 5 miles). I need some help getting motivated. When I did the last one, my goal was to stay alive and finish. I finished in 2:23. Now, my goal is to finish in under 2. Is anyone else lacking motivation? HELP!

I did Tae Bo kickboxing for a year after my 2nd baby. I'd do it again as a class, but I'm really over the TV workouts. I like to run so I can get outside and feel the pavement and the breeze. Also, I like controlling my music, instead of home TV workout background music stuff.

I love Turbo Jam. I never thought I would, but it is so much fun and no matter how many times I do it, I never get bored.
