What kind of group would you start? I'm thinking something like a skydiving group or hey yeah one for people who eat one thing on their plates at one time. I start with the veggies, head to the starches then end up at the meat. Sometimes my OCD messes with me and I eat everything in alphabetical order: chicken, rice, yams, zucchini.
