@Kelby, I wasn't aware that's where it was being held, lol. Sorry. I should have been more specific; anything around MS/LA/GA/AL??? I've seen FL & TX ones but that's still a ways from me. Somewhere like New Orleans would be ideal for me! Haha, I'm, super close to it. I hear I just missed one down there, hopefully there'll be another sometime!

Thrilled to have won a ticket to Type-A-Mom from The Product Review Place. Now I just need everything else!

Anyone want to drive up from Tampa area? I can drive short distances and am willing to provide vehicle.

Anyone need a roommate? I hope to go up one day early and leave one day late, but am willing to just be there for the conference if need be.

Hi Nicole... Ummm... NC is the south. LOL. And just FYI for those with Type-A Mom as a first conference, we are very welcoming and not too intimidating. But @ or DM me on Twitter if you need help and I'd be happy to help!

Connie, I will be so ecstatic if you make it to Type-A! I'd love to finally meet you.

Amy, it's absolutely okay not to know anyone. But it can be hard. Just know that there are others who feel the same way even though it may look like everyone knows each other. Just jump in, and people will embrace you. Don't let it overwhelm you. I plan to make the most of getting to know as many people as I can this year. Come say hello to me!

Andrea -- There's someone on the TypeAMom BlogFrog community who needs a roommate. She's from CO.

TypeAMom was my first conference. I learned so much about writing and marketing myself as a professional. I left with so many good ideas.

I read on SITS that they are holding a conference next September in Atlanta. Bliss is in Nashville in February.
