Baby Showers: The Next Big Thing

Like so many modern celebrations, Baby Showers have arrived in the UK from North America. It’s a real tradition over there and, like High School Proms, Halloween and Black Friday, one of those exciting social events that is catching on big time over here.

The idea is simple but universally appealing. Throw a party for the pregnant mother and her…

Hello, Group! I'm so excited to have found you. I feel "at home" already. ;-) I've been a vegetarian for a little over 4 years now. My journey has recently led me to creating BottlingHealth.com that has a focus on raw-vegan eating. However, the intention there is to meet anyone where they are at with eating -- and health in general -- thus the availability of the e--book -- "Eating For Beauty, Health & Pleasure: A Raw Food Quick-Start P... by Shannon Leone. Look at these mouth-watering pictures of a few of the many raw-food recipes in that fun health guide. Suzanne, this may be helpful for your daughter -- and I have another idea I will post about after this. Enjoy and let me know if you have any questions. I look forward to chatting with all of you. Hugs and Smiles...

Hi, I am not a vegetarian but have wanted to for years. I'm finally making the leap, thanks to my 14 year old daughter who is determined to do this. I totally support her but don't know where to start. I want to make sure she gets off on the right foot so she can truly stick with this...me too. She is a ballet dancer so I do not want her to look at this as a "diet" and instead want it to be her lifestyle, which I think is what she wants too. (She is at a very healthy weight/height ratio now). I am about to start surfing the net looking for tips but if anyone has anything to share...tips, websites, books, I would really appreciate it. Thanks and have a great Saturday!!!

I've been a veggie for almost 20 years now and although I am married to a meat eater he is supporting me in rasising our kids to be vegetarian too. I love that my girls favorite food is beans!
