@Sonya So glad you got it worked out! And I apologize that I did not respond to you sooner. I was going to suggest disabling your plugins one at a time to see which one the culprit was but it looks like you figured it out. :)

I have my GFC problem fixed girls!  It was Linkwords.

Jenny Dubinsky I've tried the GFC widget and the text box both.  The lady who changed me over from blogger to wordpress can't figure it out either.  It has to be some plug in that messing with the code.  I just can't figure out which one.  I'm beginning to think it is linkwords.

@Sonya I checked out your code and it is correct. Maybe you should look for another GFC plugin where you can just input your google site ID and then see if it works. Make sure you don't delete your other text widget though so you don't lose the google site ID number.

I've been on wordpress for about a month and my GFC hasn't worked for about 3 weeks.  I have added the js script thing that I saw on down below but that has not helped.  I think it is a plug in that is interfering with it.  My facebook "like" page quit working too.  I'm at http://sonyashappenings.com   Do any of you have any suggestions?

hi, all.  glad to see this group exists.  does anyone use the droid wordpress app? until yesterday, i could upload a draft post to my blog and then go onto wordpress on the PC or Mac and edit before publishing.  now, when i click "Upload Draft", wordpress publishes it immediately.  i can't figure out how to go back to uploading the draft without publishing.  any help will be greatly appreciated.

Sociable is a plugin that will give you tons of different "share" buttons. Check it out. There are also others, like ShareThis and AddThis.
