OOOOh! I'm so glad I found this group! I really need the help. I'm working on switching my blog to wordpress and it seems to be taking me longer than I thought. I need to read all of your posts and see what I can learn.

Amanda Holland--There are some plug-ins if you go to WP and search for Google friend connect. That's how I did it!

Hey y'all. Just switched from Blogger over to WP and loving it so far...thought I'd join the group! You can check out my blog if you like, I'd appreciate it! Hope to find some awesome support here and maybe learn a few things!

Oh..I needed this group!!! I have so many questions. For some odd reason I cannot figure out how to add a blogroll. I used the widget provided for links but it doesn't leave a place to add links...maybe I'm nuts. I have a blogger blog and it's easier to use...but I like Wordpress format a few other things better. I wish I could combine the two. I also cannot get a followers widget on my Wordpress blog. I was told it was impossible and that wordpress.com does not allow it. Is that true?

Hi everyone. Am new to blogging and am using Wordpress. I love it but know I can use some help at times too. I'm glad to have found this group.

I'm so glad I found this! I just started blogging on Wordpress and I love it, but sometimes it's so hard to work with...at least for a newbie!
How do you add the "follower" option to Wordpress? I had it on Blogger, but can't find out to add it on my new blog.

If anyone needs help with their WordPress blog...as I mentioned on the site design group, I am usually the one people ask on Twitter for advice. I also add outside WordPress advice too for free, even though I do design. I also have written more than a handful of WordPress tutorials for your perusal and use at http://blondish.net (my tech blog).
If you are on twitter, you can send your question there too and use the trend topics #wordpress or #wp .
