My Success Story!

My name is Liz Bondar and I am a wife, mother and Independent Business Owner. I created this group for those of us who have been successfully working from home and caring for our families. Most mother's at one point in time have thought about the idea of working from home. Many of us decide to run with that idea, while many of us think it is not possible. Well I am living proof, as well as many other moms that it can be done! You just have to find the right opportunity for you or create one and have the desire, determination, and dedication to be a sucess! I have been an Independent Business Owner with my company for almost 1.5 years. When I started a year ago I would have never thought that I could actually work from home in my spare time and build a residual income. Since my journey began I have obtained two promotions, have helped to promote four of my business partners to their first promotion level, and was picked by my enroller as the Rising Star on her team for 2008! However, the most important thing that has happened to me since my start was being selected for a by invitation only Leadership Training called Leaders of Tomorrow. Only 50 of the 50,000 representatives that work for our company were selected to attend an all expense paid, three day leadership training at our Corporate Headquarter's. It was the best experience I have ever had!

I am sharing this story because the main reason I was so successful was because of the training, support and opportunity that was made availalbe to me. I decided to take hold of that and work toward my goals without giving up. All of us moms have what it take to be successful and to become leaders in our industry, we just have to take our talents and put them into action and not quit before we see the blessings. I am so excited to say that I am now 1/3 away from one of the highest levels with our company and I am taking my team with me. Don't give up on your dreams to work from home! Keep searching until you find the right one for you, with the right support and training and the right opportunity! In the end you will be glad you did!

I have done virtual call center work for companies like Alpine Access and ACD Direct. I have done search engine evaluation for Leapforce, freelance writing for several sites online and also community management. Working from home was so hard at first and I was scared to death. I had to take care of my kids and build my business. I am so glad I made that decision. I took my very small investment and my willingness to be open to new ideas and take a chance and I now run a very profitable telecommunications business. It was that easy. Easy as 123. I was so excited that I tell every one about it. It's like a no brainer for me. You either want to make some money and change you financial picture or you don't. I think the biggest thing that stops people is fear because it almost stopped me.

Sometimes we just have to take a chance and step out on faith. I am not saying it will always be easy because you are building your business. You are investing in you and your future. I think I am doing well because of the support, the fabulous training that was given by the company, and of course the wide variety of products and services that EVERYONE uses everyday. For me it did take some getting use to but now that I am in the groove and making a great residual income from home, I LOVE IT! Plus you can't beat being home wth your children and and not having to deal with the commute and all the hassles that go along with working outside the home!
