I have always been a professional working mom and lately it seems like the guilt and feelings of lowered standards is setting in. I'm used to juggling my life - but this year has been especially tough with 3 in High School, 2 in middle school, and one in 1st grade. I'm having trouble being everywhere, doing everything, and giving 110% at work too. We have had a few too many quick-throw-it-on-the-table-in-10-minutes or take out dinner nights lately, and my house has seen better days. My hubby helps but he works a lot, and let's be honest - it's just different for Moms!  I gotta get my groove back, and quick!! Any advice??

As a busy working mom on the go, having all or part of dinner ready when we get home is a huge time saver.   So I started making crock pot meals for my family at least once a week.  Once I started doing this I thought it would be fun to add it to my blog, share the recipe and allow my family in on the fun by helping me review and rate the meal.  We do this on Monday and I call my post MAKE AHEAD MONDAY.  Since I started doing this, we have had meals we really liked and meals we didn’t like.  But in the end it is a great way for my family to sit down and have a meal together before we run out the door again!

I invite all of you to join me on MAKE AHEAD MONDAY and make the crock pot meal I post and have your family review and rate it.  Then post your review in the comments of my review post.  My kids love rating the meal.  This is how we rate it:  1 - PLEASE DON'T MAKE THAT AGAIN!  5 - IT WAS OKAY WE CAN TRY IT AGAIN!  10 - THAT WAS AWESOME CAN WE HAVE THAT AGAIN!  I post the recipe on Sunday morning so you can shop for the items you don’t have in your pantry.  After dinner on Monday I post our review and how we rated it.

I am always looking for a new recipe to try.  So, any of my followers who join in the fun, post a review with a photo of the meal can send me a recipe to try.  When we try your recipe I will mentioned your blog, a brief description of your blog and a link to your blog.

Hope to see you in the kitchen on Monday morning!

They have purses, shoes, housewares and other great things :) I scoped it out and thought it was very cool
