Hey Ladies

For quite some time now I've been building my platform for my book. The bigger the following, the more likely a publisher will take me seriously. Somehow I lost sight of what's important when it comes to writing, after all, it's my passion. It's not about how many followers I have.

In the meantime, I want your opinions on what inspires you? What topics or themes give you a fresh perspective as a mother? Feel free to visit my blog, if you like it, please follow. If you really like it, leave a comment and let's get a community of moms going!   Saved By Love

Hi Heather,

I know exactly what you mean. I've gotten so caught up in social networking on some days that I miss the time I have to write. Ridiculous. Anyway, I'll go check out your blog.

I'm inspired by great writing, natural beauty and relationships that work.  My best day would have an element of all of those things.  What would you say inspires you?
Thanks! It has gotten a bit crazy with all the links, blog hops, advertising, and gaining followers. The essence of reading a good post has been forgotten.

I totally agree. Good articles and the beauty of writing has gotten lost in the translation of followers, giveaways, and the fluff we add to our blogs. I love reading something that touches my heart. These days I sort of crave it.
