When it comes to wordpress, what is your biggest challenge if any?

Now that GFC is down and I've lost all my followers, I've joined Linky Followers like many of you have. I would love it if you could follow my blog as a little "birthday present" to me! Leave me a comment if you followed me and I promise I'll return the favor.
Ke'alohilani means "the brightness of heaven" in Hawaiian. Thanks for stopping by my blog!
Comment by Golda Smith on January 30, 2012 at 5:07pm Hi Mahina! I LOVE the new blog and your family is beautiful. What does your daughter's name mean?
Aloha
I officially made the switch from Blogger to WordPress and got a "blog makeover!" Please stop by and let me know what you think!

Comment by Golda Smith on September 15, 2011 at 6:00pm Setting Up Google Analytics
Google analytics helps you keep tabs on your blog traffic. The keywords people use to find you, how long they stay on your blog, what posts they like, etc. If you don't have an account here's a step by step guide to setting one up:
Step 1: Get a Google account if you don't have one already
Step 2: Get a Google Analytics account
Visit https://www.google.com/analytics/
click on Access Analytics and login using your Google account.
Once you've logged in you'll be prompted to sign up for Google Analytics. Click the Sign Up button.
To start the account signup process you'll be prompted to enter your site's URL (domain name), your site's country and time zone. Google will automatically create an account name for you based on the URL you entered. Click the Continue button.
On the next page enter your name, phone and country (if different than your Web site.) Click the Continue button.
On the next page you'll need to agree to the Google Analytics Terms of Service.
Agree to the terms and conditions after you have read them and click the Create New Account button.
On the next page, you will find your tracking code. It will look something like this ... UA-10862376-1
Step 3: Open a NEW WINDOW, TAB or PAGE and ...
Step 4: Go to your blog's dashboard. Go to Plugins ==>> Add New ==>> Search
Upload and Activate the following plugins ==>>
Google Analytics Dashboard
and
Google Analytics for Wordpress
Step 5: Look on the left hand side of your dashboard under SETTINGS. Find Google Analytics and click.
Step 6: The new page will be titled Google Analytics Settings. Choose the Analytics Profile you wish to track (this is what you just setup with Google).
Account: yourwebsite.com
Profile: yourwebsite.com - UA-10862376-1 (whatever YOUR tracking code is - double check it with the one you created - just compare it to the page that you left open for Google Analytics - if they match - close the page !)
The tracking code should be placed in your header so keep that checked
Check track outbound clicks & downloads
Don't worry about the advanced settings for now :-) We will go over those a little bit later.
Click on the Big Blue Update Google Analytics Settings Button and you should be done !!
Don't click on the reset all settings button - if you do ... you will have to reset everything
Step 7: Go back to your dashboard and you will see the "Google Dashboard Analytics Widget" for your analytics !! It might take a little bit of time for you to see your tracking, but it will show up.
If you have any difficulties, please let me know and I will be happy to help !!
