High School

Today I took my daughter over to the High School for her sports physical. She plays Field Hockey and Lacrosse and is going into 9th grade. As I was standing there I started thinking, am I ready for this? I cant believe my oldest baby is 14. She is nervous about going to a new school, even thou she knows all of the 9th graders and some of the other kids from 10th-12th. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
