I'm a mother of two boys who are now 6 and 2.5 years-old. I've been married 3 years to the man who first stole my heart and was smart enough to come back for it after I lent it to a few toads. We are crazy and I love my life with my boys.

Hi there. Time is precious to us all, I know. But, if you're a petite woman & would love to read great articles about the best things that come in small packages or even know someone also that would ~ come on over for a visit and stay a spell ... we'd love to have you.

Hey Amanda! You asked a question about cutting vs tearing on my blog yesterday, so I wrote a blog post about it! You can check it out here - http://writeaboutbirth.com/index.php/2010/07/24/episiotomy-vs-tearing-naturally/

Yes, I was against cosleeping too, thinking it would cause SIDS! After doing my research, and cosleeping for four years now, I can't imagine anything different though.

Hey, I tried to comment on your blog, but it won't let me! Do you know why? :)

You will Amanda. Sometimes it's just prioritizing. When my children were little, I would write once I had them down for the night ... even for just a 1/2 hour. It kind of relaxed me and got me started. Then too, there were times I was dragging my behind and my eyes felt gritty with sand. Not easy being a mom.

Thanks for your compliment! I like your website too, and loved your post about co-sleeping! Your kids are gorgeous too!

Amanda if writing is your passion ... find the time ... if only for an hour. I wish I had back in the day when I started instead of starting out this late in the game. However, my experiences have helped tremendously transform raw human emotion into captivating stories. Best of luck and create on.

Don't be intimidated I am here if you need any help or have any questions. Have a good weekend.

For awhile I lost my camera too and was taking everything on my phone.

Maybe that would work! Phones take great pictures too.

How to Get Your Kids to the Dentist Without Tears, Tantrums or Throwing

Growing up, you might remember a time in your life when the only thing scarier than the boogeyman was your dentist. Over the years, you grew to appreciate your dentist and his or her service to your dental health, however, it did take you some time to grow into that mentality. Give your kids a…
