I am Savannah's Mami...she is my 3 year old Warrior Princess! She received her nickname from being so delicate and so strong from the beginning. When she was 4 months old she was listed to receive a liver transplant and had to wait 8 months before we received our "Gift of Life". She is my love and my world!
