Classroom Halloween Party Games?

Anyone have any good ideas for a game or activity I can plan for my son's class Halloween party? We only have about 30 minutes allotted for the whole party, including snacks, so it would have to be something quick.There are about 25 kids in the class and I want something where all the kids can get involved, and there's not one single winner, which I don't think would be fair. Any advice or suggestions for me?
