I grew up in Nebraska and never dreamed that I'd end up married to a French guy and raising four kids in West Africa! We've been here over eight years and one thing is for sure- life is NEVER dull!
Our home is in Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso. I run a recycled paper project for women. The dh is a cultural anthropologist studying the Winyé tribe. The kids are all at the French school : I have a 14 year old daughter, a 12 year old son and twin 9 year old girls. Plus three goats, 6 chickens, 8 bunnies, 4 guinea pigs, two turtles and a pair of cats.
