Share a little something about yourself with other moms.: Call me a coffee addict, I don’t care. Coffee is my whole life. Waking up to the smell of coffee in the morning is heavenly for people like me. My friend, who’s a dentist in Newport Beach, can’t seem to understand my addiction. She’s into organic food and drinks. Oh well, as long as there’s coffee in the table, I’m happy and all set.

Lead by example to your kids

You don’t want your kid to undergo from early tooth decay, right? Much more have a bridge, or have a smile makeover in their teeth prematurely. So, as a parent it’s best to encourage your children to brush regularly. But take my advice, don’t force them. I learned it the hard way. Instead of my kid following my rules and advice, he lost interest in following at all.
