When pitching to a comapny....

What do you say? I have emailed many companies and I have had only one reply that said "Hi i handle this company's PR and I will get back to you on a review unit." I haven't heard anything back from him yet. So my question to all you mom reviewers is this. What exactly should I put in the email when requesting products for review?
