I am a mum of two great kids. I live on an island surrounded by trees, mountains and the ocean. In addition to being a full time mum, I am also a Certified birth doula, a breastfeeding counsellor and a Certified Birthing From Within mentor. I am always trying to find balance between the work I love at home and the work I love out of my home. In my "spare" time, I like to craft, walk, read, eat ice cream and watch the birds...and one day, I will pick up my flute again.
What is your blogging philosophy?
I write from the heart. So many things inspire me, my work, women, the transformation of motherhood, my children and this journey I am on. My blog is honest, thoughtful, funny and insightful. My blog is like me, an open book.
