- I'm a fitness and mommy blogger in sunny Florida, I love writing about health & fitness, life in the trenches with two boys ages 5 & 3. I struggle to believe in myself, especially with running. But this weekend I finally started to dispel some of the rumors I tell myself (like I can't run less than a 10 minute mile!)
