Share a little something about yourself with other moms.
I'm the mom of two amazing children. I've tried to teach them to pursue their passions and celebrate life. I've taught high school/college English for 30 years. Last year I started a tee shirt company, Classic Coup, that promotes reading the classics for critical thinking and compassionate living. For each shirt we sell we send a book to children in Quito, Ecuador. I write as the Nashville Dancing Examiner at Examiner.com.
What is your blogging philosophy?
I blog at Classic Coup to celebrate rich reads that sear our heads and hearts, classics that intersect with pop culture and our lives. I blog at Cindy McCain's Rich Life to share my adventures as a mom, aspiring salsa queen/Renaissance woman whose quest for joy sometimes turns Monty Python.
