I designed mine myself. It;s very simple at the moment but I've had blogs with allot of fancy stuff in the past and just needed a break from that. There's allot of great tutorials on the web to help you.

These days I just blog when I have time. WHich I wish was more often. Sometimes I will write a few posts at a time and set them to publish at separate times so it looks like I'm there when I'm really not.

Have a time limit. I find if I don't have a time limit I can spend all day online and not get a thing done..including dinner :P

I'm not sure I'd do anything differently. Maybe register a domain name and make it a bit similar for people to find me. use spell check more would be a good one and the spacing of the paragraphs :p

I love how far my blog has come and how much I have achieved. Blogging makes me happy and that's what it's all about. If it didn't make me happy I would blog. It's something just for ME!

I wholly agree with everything she said. Another great way to help gain traffic is to write great "how to" blog posts in your genre/niche, as well as using Facebook's Networked Blogs function.
