- My name is Danielle and I was born and raised in the great state of Oklahoma. I have been serving in the United States Coast Guard for about 4 years now and I am loving it. I started out on the Coast Guard Cutter Sherman ready for an adventure chasing down drug runners and illegals but now I spend my days behind a desk land locked but still serving.
I am the mother of one very beautiful little 3 year old that just recently signed his first modeling contract in San Francisco. Our life is a crazy, hectic one but we love it.

Graco Recall 2 million Strollers: 4 Dead, More injured

I often wonder if I should stay or if I should go. Today was one of those days that I just felt a little out of place. I don't believe in guns but I joined the military. My job doesn't require me to use one and so I sometimes forget that I am surrounded by people who believe that everyone should be toting a gun.
