Share a little something about yourself with other moms.: Began The Writing Mamas seven years ago. We meet online and off-line at a bookstore in the San Francisco Bay area. We write, whine and wine. Also produce and direct The Mama Monologues where writers perform their pieces before the public. All monies are donated to mothers-in-need. I am a journalist, author, blogger, wife, mommy and friend. I am writing a supernatural memoir. I have a rare, chronic cancer. I wanted to do something for me and now I play the electric guitar. And, yes, I DO rock out! Much cheaper than therapy. Not at all fattening. When family/work life calls for a time-out -- I plug in my guitar, turn up the amp and tune out. Such bliss.

What is your blogging philosophy?: My blogging philosophy is the same as my journalistic one. To be honest, touching and "find the funny." Or, to write, whine and wine!

I have been blogging since...: I've been writing (in a paid way) since I was 17.
