I am children's book author and illustrator, a Mom (of a teen) and a home body. I cook from scratch, sew, quilt, craft, garden (organic) deorate, entertain, travel and more. I am a fit 49 yo and an avid exerciser. I write children's book reviews, travel and guidebook reviews, publish articles and visit schools in South Florida with my book. I recently started a comic strip called Smart Poodle, which is publishd on my blog every Friday.
What is your blogging philosophy?
I write about education, reading, books,writing inspiration, travel and home life for families. I try to post uique perspectives and be funny when I can. I support moms everywhere and interview many intersting people on my site. I am an advocate for geography education, which is greatly lacking in the USA. I am not a fan of blogs that get too personal - especially when it comes to the bloggers' kids.
