Share a little something about yourself with other moms.
I have a chaotic life that includes work, husband, 2 kids, a dog and a bird. I am passionate about the environment but refuse to give up my high tech toys. I spend way too much on organic milk and local, grass fed beef but have a horrible Cheeto addiction and get quite agitated when there is no more diet Coke in the house. I am trying to step back and simplify my life in the hopes of improving myself and the world around me. I hope that my blog helps even one or two people make the switch to an ecofriendly existence.
What is your blogging philosophy?
I started blogging last year as an incentive to make some changes in my life. I am trying to get back to simpler times and hope to encourage others to do the same. I would like to raise people's awareness of how our choices affect the world around us. I like to spotlight companies on my blog that are trying to go green or items that are hand made in the USA by small businesses. Since cooking, gardening, and reading are all great ways for me to relax I include these items on my blog as well.
I have been blogging since...
