I am currently a homemaker, but hold a BS in Psychology and a BA in Dietetics. I'm a Registered Dietitian who loves preventive nutrition. I recently started a blog to help people learn about general nutrition. I plan to provide quick and easy nutrition tips, quizzes, food product reviews, recommended articles and nutritious recipes. Right now I'm a mom to 3 cats, but hoping to adopt a child within the next year.
