Imagine this. I'm in a room, conducting a PTO meeting. There are several teachers there and a couple of parent members. The conversation changes from the task at hand to a very unfamiliar topic to myself.

I never really started off aiming to be a mom. I had so many other ideas for life that motherhood seemed that it would have just gotten in the way. For me, it was dreams of an Airforce career, being independent, taking care of myself. Wow, long way off from where I stand today. Okay, so whoever is the Mom Blogger's goddess, it was such a great thing this morning to turn on my computer and see my face on the front. Thanks for that!

Okay, so we had our last PTO planning meeting before the first day of school and I think we got the year in order. We met at a local mexican restaurant which was great because I don't think there's any better way of getting to modivated and productive than doing it over food. I'm always hungry!
