Share a little something about yourself with other moms.
I work full-time as a marketing consultant in all things "web." So it's ironic that I haven't had time to finish construction on my site or finish my blog's codes (I'm very slow with technology). I'm also trying to understand twitter and facebook, though Linkedin has been easier to build up. But I LOVE reading Mommy Blogs. It opens up a whole "friendship" feeling in a city where I know very few people.
What is your blogging philosophy?
My philosophy is that a blog needs to stay true to a stated theme or, preferably, a single mission or "value proposition." I am happy to network via twitter and provide advice based on years of corporate (IBM) marketing experience + years on my own. I have always wanted to help other women.
I have been blogging since...

My name is Jennifer Dickinson and I am casting a new docuseries for Go Go Luckey Entertainment ("Laguna Beach", "Paranormal State") about parenting in the modern age. The pilot, produced with BermanBraun for a major cable network, will focus on the relationships between mothers and their teenage daughters. We are interested in exploring the challenges of raising a teenage girl in the Facebook era, when many parents see themselves as their children's friends, sharing interests in things like television, music, and fashion.
We are targeting a number of areas, including Chicago,Texas (Houston and Dallas), the Twin Cities, St. Louis, and Boston. If you know of anyone who might be interested, please have them contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org for more information. You can also check us out on Facebook.
Best Wishes and let me know if you have any other questions.
Go Go Luckey Entertainment
Hi there from The Girlz Korner in upstate New York where you'll find light, witty and rather entertaining articles on every topic imaginable from The Little Black Dress to Making Whoopie. So if you get a chance to kick back and exhale, if only for a brief moment ... come on over and see me some time.
Getting teens to open up is one of the most important tasks of parenting a teenager. It is also one of the most challenging parts of parenthood. If your teen rolls her eyes, walks away angrily, or retreats to his bedroom when you try to talk to him or her, you are not alone. Many parents…
Most parents find that training their non-disabled children for life's activities is challenging enough. However, parents of physically challenged children have to be especially creative to make sure that their young people learn the daily life skills that they need to be self-sufficient. Occupational…
