Share a little something about yourself with other moms.
I am a new mom of a beautiful 8 month old girl. After 14 years in Education as a teacher and later an Assistant Principal I decided to start my own V.A. business and focus on the needs of busy moms. The opportunity to spend quality time with my little girl, and be my own boss is priceless! I was very hesitant about blogging at first, but I am now addicted to it.

This is a follow-up to my last blog post. I just made more Egg Muffins, and I wanted to share the delicious outcome with you. I changed the recipe a bit and added six organic eggs, chopped onions, grated cheeses and turkey bacon. If you want them to puff up a bit more than use 6 eggs instead of four and cook for 20-25 mins instead of 10-15. Click on…
