Share a little something about yourself with other moms.: I live in New Delhi India, am a freelance writer and multimedia producer for the web.

About me, well, let's see - I grew up in India. When I was nineteen, I moved to Hong Kong to become a flight attendant with Cathay Pacific Airways..did that for nine years, it changed my life, more importantly, it changed me!

There's a saying:"A dunce that hath been taught to roam excels the dunce that hath been kept at home". So that's what happened to me, traveling the world was a great learning experience. It taught me more about people and cultures than I could ever hope to learn from a book.

But all good things must come to an end, so after nine years of flying I decided to go back to school. I did a master's in New Media from NYU, worked for Time Warner in NYC after that.

Three years ago, my husband and I moved back home, to Delhi, India. I worked full time for India's largest portal, till I my daughter was born.

Now I write from home, in the midst of potty training and the rest of it - the usual, you'd understand.

It's nice to be here.

Mommies need breaks but no one realizes that..

It’s a 24-7 job

and it’s been said a million times before, but it’s one of those things

that people say and get past..”oh, it’s a full time job..blah blah..”

but no one actually cares about the mommy, no one makes the effort to

make it easy for the mommy, no one, least of all the husband!
