- Besides loving up my 4 kids, husband and a plethora of pets - I am passionately interested in HEALTH. Not the conventional kind (did you notice how many people get sick living the conventional way?) but a little off mainstream approaches to the best health and best life EVER :)
I am constantly eager to learn and share MORE of my discoveries of what works and what doesn't. I read hundreds of health related books every year - I attend workshops - and it seems it has become a hobby for me to collect certifications and diplomas in many different, complimentary approaches to quality longevity and unlimited health.
- What is your blogging philosophy?
- I'm not writing for money. I am writing because I can't stop myself from wanting/needing to share knowledge that SHOULD be mainstream, but is far from it. I want other moms to know how they can feel great, stay healthy, fit and pass on fantastic lifeskills and lifestyle habits to their kids.
Let's break the cycle of "coping" - let's begin our metamorphosis to the best ever women we can be!
