Share a little something about yourself with other moms.
Besides loving up my 4 kids, husband and a plethora of pets - I am passionately interested in HEALTH. Not the conventional kind (did you notice how many people get sick living the conventional way?) but a little off mainstream approaches to the best health and best life EVER :)
I am constantly eager to learn and share MORE of my discoveries of what works and what doesn't. I read hundreds of health related books every year - I attend workshops - and it seems it has become a hobby for me to collect certifications and diplomas in many different, complimentary approaches to quality longevity and unlimited health.

Let's break the cycle of "coping" - let's begin our metamorphosis to the best ever women we can be!
I have been blogging since...
on and off for years - the Spunky Mama site is new - the old ones seemed "old" and I wanted a peppier URL ;)
