speed work

do any of you moms do speedwork? I've started running at a track with a fellow mom. We take turns running and watching the kids as they play on the infield. It has really helped my running already! Today I took a whirl at Yasso 800's with the jog stroller!! ( i posted about it here www.runfastermommy.com)I'd love to hear about your speedwork, and how you manage to do it with kids!See More

So if you get a chance to kick back and exhale, if only for a brief moment ... come on over and see me some time.
