My name is Ivanka and I'm a mum of two adorable twin boys Henry and Mason. At the beginning of motherhood I went through a bad postnatal depression and as I'd learned later on, it is a very common thing in the early stages of motherhood. I know how horrible this disease can be, but unfortunately too many mums suffer in silence. My goal is for postnatal depression to become a topic mums talk about without any concern and if I help at least one Mother in a similar situation it would have been worth writing the blog :) x

Hi Ivana, thank you for taking out the time to read my story and leave a comment. I've learned so much about depression (the spiritual side) and yes it can be completely over for you...but if you're not aware of the things that's causing or contributing to your depression then it may feel as though it never goes away.
