Share a little something about yourself with other moms.
Hi! I am a Traditional Catholic and homeschooling mom of 4 (3 boys and a little girl.) My boys (and husband) luv to play ice hockey and squeeze in a little golf too. My daughter likes to sing, so cute. :)
We mainly use Mother of Divine Grace but include some Kolbe, CHC and Seton too. I have a top link button on my blog if you would like a Saint companion for the year.
What is your blogging philosophy?
Create an online memory book.
I know that there are many successful blogs that stay on one theme. My blog covers many themes as it comprises who we are...what we're doing and thinking as a family that is +faithful+ to the Magisterial teachings of the Roman Catholic Church.
Every year I turn my posts into a hardback book. So we can look back on thoughts that spring up from curriculum group conversations, family photos/events, Mass readings, politics all of which find their way into my blog. Yet there is one theme that prevails and that is our love for the Catholic faith and Traditional Latin Mass and that pervades throughout the blog.
So grateful for the many online friends I have made who share that love and I would never have met otherwise!
I have been blogging since...
June of 2007
I was invited to the Vatican Bloggers Meeting!
See my posts from Rome. This last one has links, on the bottom of the post, to every day of our Travelogue.
Hi there from The Girlz Korner in upstate New York where you'll find light, witty and rather entertaining articles on every topic imaginable from The Little Black Dress to Making Whoopie. So if you get a chance to kick back and exhale, if only for a brief moment ... come on over and see me some time.
