Share a little something about yourself with other moms.: I am a SAHM with 2 beautiful children Phoebe age 4 (going on 30) and Owen age 2. Living in Evans, Georgia for the last 10 years (suburb of August (home of the Master's Golf Tournament). I am a transplant to Augusta from Dallas, Texas (REALLY want to get back there SOME DAY). I had recently returned to the workforce in December, ONLY to be laid off in April. Been in the publishing industry for 15 years. Guess working was just not meant to happen for me now, it just about killed me putting my children in daycare...not that I didn't do my homework!! I had previously been a SAHM for 4 years prior to my return to the workforce. Maybe it just wasn't my time! Prior to having Phoebe and Owen I had lost a daugher in my 8th month of pregnancy. Ava will always be the angel in my heart and my family's hearts for the rest of our lives.

What is your blogging philosophy?: My blogging philosophy is to create a blog for parents to use as a sounding board for keeping the family together in these desparate times. How do you talk to your kids about these issues? Keeping the family together at the dinner table, money saving tips from the grocery store to restaurant deals for kids and family.
