I’m currently a freelance writer, ASCM Certified Personal Trainer and fitness instructor, and own an event videography business. I live in the quaint and charming Finger Lakes region near Rochester, NY with my husband, two children, and golden retriever. I graduated from Syracuse University with a degree in Television, Radio and Film Production.

I love being there to watch people, especially women and moms, discover that strong, fit self they never knew was there. And I love sharing what I know so that women can apply it to their own lives and families. So, I’ve decided to start using a large portion of my blog for this purpose.
