Mommies who love to run, workout, talk fitness tips, and share healthy recipes. I'm an ex-collegiate track athlete that can share the tips I've learned along the way, while also being a SAHM to a toddler that also struggles to get my workouts in.
As a member of the Mom Bloggers Club, you also can become an exclusive member of the Social Good Moms, a group of over 1000 mom bloggers who spread the word about great causes like child hunger and maternal health. Will you join us?
Share a little something about yourself with other moms.
I’m currently a freelance writer, ASCM Certified Personal Trainer and fitness instructor, and own an event videography business. I live in the quaint and charming Finger Lakes region near Rochester, NY with my husband, two children, and golden retriever. I graduated from Syracuse University with a degree in Television, Radio and Film Production.
What is your blogging philosophy?
I love being there to watch people, especially women and moms, discover that strong, fit self they never knew was there. And I love sharing what I know so that women can apply it to their own lives and families. So, I’ve decided to start using a large portion of my blog for this purpose. I’m what most moms are…Multi-faceted. I’m also still learning, still making mistakes, still striving to perfectly balance all my various roles.
