I'm expecting my first baby in about 6 weeks. I live and work in Manhattan and have loved getting engrossed in all things mommyhood. My blog is about what it is like to raise a newborn in a 525 sq ft Manhattan studio. I'm blogging about our decision to live small as a means of living a more sustainable (and frankly, more affordable) life. Posts are a mix of cool new products that help to economize on space, ecofriendly baby products and musings on the "less is more" approach to child-rearing.

Hi there from The Girlz Korner in upstate New York where you'll find light, witty and rather entertaining articles on every topic imaginable from The Little Black Dress to Making Whoopie. Thanks Jessica. I am glad to help. Congrats on the new baby. Your life will never be the same:) I will pray for your safe birth. I would love to help if you have any other questions. I have done it three times in the hospital, so I know how it is. I am sure you will do fine. I am posting my first birth story tonight, if you want to check it out, then the other two in the following days.

This is a group for all the proud attachment parents. The ones that sleep with their baby, carry their baby or wear them in sling, for the moms that do not practice cry-it-out, do not spank and take a loving, gentle and natural course to parenting.
