Share a little something about yourself with other moms.
Jill Eubanks is wife of Ammon Eubanks and Work-at-Home-Mother to two beautiful children (Annalyn was born in December of 2007, and Isaac in March of 2009).
Having been a Rotary Exchange Student to Sweden in 1995, she is very familiar with the cultural exchange experience. Not unlike an Au Pair, Jill traveled across the world to live with and become part of a family she had only met via letters and a phone call. She lived with two different families, with one a great experience was had and with the other a more challenging one.
Jill is a graduate (May of 2000) of the infamous Kent State University, studying at the Center for Applied Conflict Management in the Political Science Department. There she learned and practiced applied skills in negotiation, mediation, community collaboration, workplace conflict management, dispute systems design, and nonviolent action.
Formerly, a Go Au Pair Placement Coordinator and Local Area Representative for the Salt Lake City and Park City areas, Jill has a comprehensive knowledge about all stages of the au pair program. Some things to look for on this blog: Au Pair Program FAQs, Program Guidelines, the Host Family/Au Pair application process, Choosing an Au Pair/Host Family, Interview FAQs and Preparing for The Arrival, Orientation FAQs and During the Cultural Childcare Experience, Problem Resolution, and Extension FAQs and Repeating the Experience.
Jill really enjoys being a Local Area Representative; helping Host Families and Au Pairs come together to form lifetime long relationships. Hosting an Au pair is a great source of childcare. We hope you join us.
