Hi! I'm Jimmie, a Charlotte Mason homeschooling mom of an only daughter, age 11. We use a literature based but eclectic curriculum-- currently Beautiful Feet Ancients, Spelling Power, study of the human body and history of medicine, and living math (Singapore, Teaching Textbooks, livingmath.net, etc.). We do lapbooking, notebooking, and other crafts as well as artist, composer, hymn, and nature studies. Throw in poetry and Shakespeare as well. We love it all! We have used the following curricula in the past -- Sonlight K, 1, & 2, Winter Promise American Story 1 & 2, BF History of Horse, Noeo Physics & Chemistry, Singapore Math.
