Now she goes to bed at 8.30- 9 pm. She is a student at primary school and she needs more time to rest.

My daughter goes to sleep at 10 o'clock in the evening. She is 6 years old. When she was a baby sometimes she went to bed after 10 o'clock in the evening. I think that 9- 10p.m. the most suitable hours for the children to get on bed.
