- I am a 30 year old mom to two lovely girls, 5 and "almost 3" and married to hubby of 6 years whom I met while living in Thailand. Our company, Monkey Beanz, is our way to remain connected to family and friends in Thailand and support our home there and here in the US. We are committed to fair trade business and offering products that are hip, funky and encourage kids to be kids. I love being at home with my girls and wouldn't trade these years for anything thought the challenges are endless as all you moms know!
- What is your blogging philosophy?
- I started the blog for Monkey Beanz because everyone said I had to have one! A silly reason and also why it has been dormant for most of its existence. I have recently resurrected it and rethought its purpose to me and our potential customers. For me, Monkey Beanz is about my family, our cultures, supporting fair trade and local economies, the marriage (both personal and business) of two cultures and our journey as a young family trying to figure it all out.
