There is no greater reward than being a mother, but believe me, for all those expecting moms out there, you sure do have your work cut out for you in order to earn that reward. It was only when I had my second child that I realized, being prepared for any scenario was better…
Keeping your home clean can be an exhausting task, especially if you have to squeeze it in between the chaos and work and keeping your family in line. And if your life feels like it’s nothing but cleaning and tedious chores, perhaps it’s…
The weather is getting hotter and hotter, and if you haven’t done it already, you are probably getting ready to open your pool and start the swimming season. Having a pool in your backyard is wonderful, but it requires quite some effort before you…
Share a little something about yourself with other moms.
Blogging is my way to breathe outside of parenting.
I don’t claim to be a Super Mom as I don’t have super powers.
Instead I’m going to call myself the “Real Mom.”
A Real Mom is someone who is emotional, yet hard as a rock.
I’m anxious, but full of hope.
I’m impatient, but willing to wait.
I’m always tired, but I keep going.
I’m amazing, even when in doubt.
I’m authoritative yet permissive.
I’m imperfect, but I try my best.
Staying balanced at all times.
Being true to myself.
Thus, I’m a Real Mom.
What is your blogging philosophy?
There's no such thing as perfect parenting but doing our best to become better parents makes our journey perfect. Babies don’t come with instructions. Even if the kids grow in one same tree, they would have different personalities, attitudes and philosophy. That’s why each parent should be flexible, adaptable and understanding.
I hope to be helpful to all of the Moms out there, especially those who are very anxious, and also to the parents who have children with ASD. I share my own personal experiences and knowledge, I give advice, tips and ideas, and recipes, I do reviews. We love food and travel a lot as a family. I also recommend fun activities for kids that you will both enjoy.
