"Hi Katie, thanks so much for your message! I understand how you feel about awareness and returning to a place where there isn't any. I am presently living in Bahrain where the words, "health awareness" don't even exist.

Share a little something about yourself with other moms.
I am a mother to two small girls who has spent her life battling autoimmune disease and chronic pain. I plan to change the future of our children by teaching parents the proper way to feed their children. Thanks to my husband's culinary degree, I have learned how to cook restaurant quality meals using only the most pure healing ingredients. Food was designed to excite the palate, heal the body, and nourish the body. I hope to share this knowledge with my fellow mamas.
What is your blogging philosophy?
To be as real and authentic as I can be. I understand that the best change comes through baby steps. I am here to support parents as they make small changes that will have a huge impact on their families health.
I have been blogging since...

Hi Katie, thanks so much for your message! I understand how you feel about awareness and returning to a place where there isn't any. I am presently living in Bahrain where the words, "health awareness" don't even exist.
You will be happy to know that I am an avid cooking fan of healthy food and my kitchen is none other than exactly that. I also bake but keep it as healthy as possible while still enjoying the good stuff sometimes. After visiting your blog I was really chuffed because the first thing I saw was a healthy cupcake! Exactly what I run my home business with. Thank goodness for the many many aware Expatriates out here who look for healthy goodies and school snacks! The recipes on your blog are most inviting. I will be trying several of them out at home. I will be using it for reference and will be adding your link as one of my fav blogs.
Have you designed a button for your blog? I like to put buttons, not just links, on my blog because they stand out more and give my readers an instant idea of what the blog is about. I have added just the link to my blog but if you can come up with a button design please let me know so I can use it in place of just the text link.
Needless to say, I am so thankful you have been able to cure yourself in the wise way of healthy eating and that it has given you a new way and passion in life.
Thanks again lovely lady and have a lovely healthy fun lovin' day!
PS-Your kids are over the top darling! So gorgeous!
I became a follower on your blog..your recipes look amazing.I LOVE LOVE to cook and I try to cook fairly healthy for my family. I do have one request...do you have a really good recipe for Oatmeal Cookies- my husbands favorite but I want to make them really healthy = maybe using honey instead of refined sugar. I like to add cranberries, coconut, pecans as well. The pictures of your food are so professional..well done. Also, I'm a freelance writer/photographer living in Las Vegas now (from Los Angeles and a brief stay in Indiana) anyway I love a deal and have spent a lot of time researching things to do here especially for my kids...it's clean and beautiful and scenic...it's not all about the strip ..very family friendly communities....my blog is: http://www.vegas365review.blogspot.com/
its about all the different places to go in Vegas for locals and visitors as well. I review the places I've gone...I recently started it and my goal is to get over 300 followers so if you know anyone else that may be interested please pass my blog on to them - that would be great!!! ...I'm trying to get a position at the local community paper and need followers . I thought I'd ask women for help especially mommies. Thanks for your time and if you ever come to Vegas let me know and I'll give you a list of best deals (just go to comment section or blog me on this site) TAKE CARE
