- I am 29 years old and live in downtown Chicago. I met my husband here through a mutual friend, after 2 years of dating we traveled the world for 4 months. www.mytripjournal.com/kristenandmarc. We were engaged in Israel and then when we came home we eloped! We went to Millenium Park with a photographer and a minster to get married then rented a sailboat for the night on Lake Michigan. Even better it was on a Wednesday , the anniversary of our first date.. About 7 months later we had a little girl, Jocelyn. She has been an amazing miracle since she was born.
