What is that smell?

Ok, you moms with boys can stop reading this post, it is not for you...The other day my son and I were playing a board game on the floor. We were sitting indian style {can I say that?}Cross legged style on the floor. I kept catching a faint whiff of an odor, but when do I not in my house of 4 boys? Free to good home!!

I have two cats and a dog. All female, all small. FREE TO GOOD HOME!Cat number 1: Name: Miss THANG. She is a princess. No, a Goddess. She sits on her royal thrown all day preening her lovely, tabby fur. She only eats Iams and will not use the litter box unless it is cleaned after every voiding. The litter has to be "Fresh Step" or she will use your bed as her toilet. She must be fed by 7:30 AM or she will do a drive by across you head while you sleep. She is an indoor cat. What am I doing here?

A few months ago I watched my small town lose a business that had been here for 100 years. They closed their doors forever. I was sad...100yrs gone...What can I do?
We elected a new President. One who was a man of the community and served that community. So, I took a page from his book and from "ask not what your country can do for you, but what you can do for your country..." So, what can I do? I can blog! So, I bought a domain and I use it to promote small, independently owned businesses and public held properties like parks. I only blog kindly. I have made it a point to blog at least once a day. I have actually been to the places I blog about. I promote my community. I point out the wonderful shops, restaurants and places to visit for you to use in your travels to Lexington. After all, who knows more about your vacation destination than a local from the area?

Trying to find a place to "fit in" in this blogesphere world is not easy...I tried facebook, I only found people I was hoping to forget, people I couldn't remember, and spent most of my time hiding from people I know and didn't want to accept as a friend...TOO much work...And all the gobbly-goop people send around...WHUT? I feel like a juvenele again when I am in there.
