- Hello all. I am a stay at home mom with 2 adopted little girls, both of them 5. I was born in communist Romania and lived there through the Revolution. Because of the circumstances of my life there, I like everyone else learned how to cook at a very early age. I however, fell in love with it and it became a passion, a way of expressing myself. When I moved to America the abundance overwhelmed me at first. But, after a little a little while I realized how incredible this opportunity was. I started learning about food more, developing my cooking skills and after a few years I wrote a cooking/autobiographical book. After the book's release, I created a blog for it so people could have easy access to the new information about this and up coming books as well as new recipes, etc.
- What is your blogging philosophy?
- I believe that blogs like any other web social networks, are a great way to meet new people, make new friends, promote your business as well as helping others promote theirs without even having to change out of your PJ's.
