Hi. I am a stay at home mom, writer and self taught chef. I was born in communist Romania where I lived until after the revolution. I moved to the US in 1992 and I LOVE this country! I love freedom, the Constitution and the founding principles. Although growing up we mostly lived on beans, potatoes, chicken wings and beef bones, I have always been interested in cooking and started doing it myself when I was 12. After moving to the US, my love for cooking became a passion.
