I'm an RN - labor and delivery, and a childbirth educator in a hospital and privately. I teach childbirth education online with a mission: to reach/help as many expectant women as possible in the USA and world wide. I also founded the movement "Be a Birth Lader" to change attitudes about childbirth in positive ways and decrease fear about it. I am also a Reiki Master and a Mindfulness Meditation practitioner.
